About the recipes... When I began my weight loss journey, I made a lot of food that the family objected to. :-) Frankly, it wasn't tasty to me, either, but I had a goal to reach! Desperate to improve the health of my loved ones, as well as myself, I kept trying. Finally they told me, "if it tastes good, we'll eat it." Years later, my recipes are now "the bomb" according to my kids and all the friends they bring to my table. It took me a while (learning curve) but I figured out how to present flavorful, healthy food that everyone enjoys.
I am regularly developing new recipes that are Real-Life friendly, "Diet" friendly, Family friendly, and HEALTHY. These recipes can absolutely be a part of your clean eating lifestyle. Check back often, as I'm constantly adding new ones!
