Oatmeal/Standard
Breakfast
This recipe is also part of my "Keep it
Simple" routine.
Ingredients
●
1 packet instant oatmeal (plain, and check for low
sodium) or 1/2 cup dry quick oats
●
1 scoop protein powder (I use Beverly Ultimate
Muscle Protein, Vanilla because it's effective and it tastes great!)
●
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
●
2 tbsp ground flax seed
●
OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup Blueberries (or other fruit)
Directions
●
Stir ingredients together in a bowl.
●
Add water, stir again (add more water if needed).
●
Microwave for 1 minute.
●
Add a half cup of fresh berries if you like.
●
Stir.
