Ingredients:
● 1 Whole Wheat Low-Carb Tortilla
● 1 Tblsp. Peanut Butter (look for one with only peanuts, or
peanuts & salt as ingredients)
● 1/2 to 1 Cup Shredded Cabbage
● 1/4 Cup Cucumber, sliced
with peel
● 1/4 Cup Red Pepper, sliced
● 4 oz diced
or shredded Chicken.
Directions:
● Spread peanut butter on tortilla
● Fill with chicken,
cabbage, sliced pepper and cucumber.
● Wrap.
