Homemade Taco Shell

	Makes
	2 taco shells

	Ingredients:
	1 egg
	2 Tbsp corn meal
1/4 tsp Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle

	Directions:
In a small bowl, beat egg with a fork. Add corn meal and Mrs Dash and mix
	until well blended.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray.
Pour half the mixture into the center of the skillet, spreading it out into
a large circle. Cook just like a crepe or pancake, then flip and continue
cooking until done. Remove to plate, and cook the second one.
Fill with your choice of fillings... shredded lettuce, spinach, shredded
cabbage, chicken, pork, beef, turkey... whatever!
Top with Salsa and Greek yogurt if desired.
