CONGRATULATIONS
LADIES ON A JOB WELL DONE......Just look at what EACH of
you have accomplished.....In just 12 short weeks you
HAVE ACCOMPLISHED A GOAL that you had set for
yourselves. That goal may have been loosing some weight,
hitting the gym, toning up, or just starting to eat
healthy. BE PROUD OF THOSE ACCOMPLISHMENTS. But what I
found to be the most important lesson to me, that
through you........EACH of YOU have not only TAUGHT ME
but also OTHERS through your journals with your honesty
and openness.
You have taught us .......that we have the ability to be
strong and to step out of our comfort zones to
accomplish our goals. You have taught us...... we can
grow not only physically but also mentally. You have
taught us.......that setting a goal and accomplishing
small steps are victories. You have taught us...... you
can and will continue this journey on your own. You have
been given the knowledge and guidance to take these
tools and teach others who are also struggling with
their weight. You will..... share your story with them,
you will......start them on the road of healthy eating,
but most importantly you will be there for them just
like Chelle and Tabitha were and will continue to be
with you............
We wish you the best in your continuing journey, Don and Melanie Newcomer Mount Vernon, Ohio

To all the
Transformation Clients:
I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH
for your honesty in your journals. As I read them I see the
same challenges in my weight loss journey as you are
experiencing. I have been struggling this past week with a
horrible cold. But the difference is I have been feeling
down in the dumps, my intake horrible not at all being
responsible. It's the "Oh pity party for me syndrome" I
read your journals, each and everyone of you show me how
your strive to make the best out of each day. Some of you
have dealt with injuries and yet you work around them and
continue to meet your goals. You continue to show me your
strength and determination to succeed. Each of your truly
inspire me. So I once again say "THANK YOU" you made me
re-evaluate my feelings and look at myself differently. I am
a strong person...... I can.... and I will..... ACHIEVE MY
GOALS.

To All the Transformation Participants
Hey all, I've been thinking about your group
and have some good news to share. We are in the thick of
holiday which just so happens to be a great opportunity to
stay FOCUSED on your dreams, goals, and drive for the body
you desire. While you are faced with temptation of holiday
sweets and alcohol around every corner, you just remember
this as you opt for the apple slices with nut butter
instead...Christmas will still come even though you're not
baking yourself to death in order to please your family,
neighbors, friends, and co-workers. Christmas will still
come, it will still feel wonderful, it will still be a
celebration. Dare I say, it will feel even better!
Especially since you will be focused on genuine conversation
with the ones you love. Treat yourself to non-food things of
the season. A tradition of ours is long bundled up nightly
walks as a family to look at our neighbors lights. That's
some true holiday wow time! Merry Christmas everyone!

To All the Transformation Participants
Your
journey to a healthy life style is certainly showing. Your
journals are so inspiring to all of us. You have been open
and honest. Its not easy changing a life style you have been
used to for years. But each step you take brings you closer
to your goals of a "healthy lifestyle". I know you are
finding challenges each day
as you do your workouts....Stay focused reach for those
goals...Soon when your standing in front of a mirror pushing
yourself you will look up and realize there are individuals
who are following YOUR workout.......IT HAPPENS!!!! You
INSPIRE others to keep going!!!!

To All the Transformation Participants
Congrats to
all of you!!!!!
Your hard work and dedication to a healthy lifestyle is
beginning to show....You have all shared the importance of
"prepping" your food for the week. The menus of small meals
through the day can be a challenge but your willingness to
succeed shows. Your exercise programs are starting to wake
up those muscles. (just wait you will be flexing in the
mirror each morning!!!!) We hope all of you celebrated your
accomplishments for this first week. We are so proud of each
and everyone of you. We look forward to your next updates.

November 21, 2011
To all the Transformation Participants
After learning that she would get to participate in the case
study my wife became like a little girl opening a big box
with a real pony inside for Christmas. She is as excited
about this as she was when we got our Marriage Certificate.
If all of you are as amped up about this as she is, nothing
will hold you back and you will meet and exceed your goals.
When my wife eats healthy, we all eat healthy so this is
great for our whole family. When my wife exercises, I
exercise (because I have to be able to catch her as well as
run away from her at times. ;) ) When she feels good about
herself, she makes us feel good about ourselves. When she
has energy and is healthy, she is able to accomplish
everything she wants to. When she is happy we save money.
So, I'm all for this and will help in any way I can. The
kids have also been briefed on what's going to be happening
over the next 12 weeks and have pledged their support. The
two older ones have even said they will learn new chores to
help out. The cat will do what he wants, as usual.
We haven't had the resources to afford a membership at a gym
or been able to afford a personal trainer or nutritionist
for a while now. Times are tough financially right now and
we see this as a real gift and opportunity for positive
change. We are so thankful and grateful to Chelle and
Tabitha and are looking forward to what is going to happen
next.
I truly wish all of you case study participants the best of
luck and to stay motivated in the next 12 weeks. This will
be hard. Not just the workouts but the nutritional changes,
family and home management, scheduling, communication, and
planning. Keep moving and never give up. Plow through and
break free of doubts, fears, worries, and bad habits. Do the
work and do what's right and the next time you look back you
will be soaring above and beyond where you didn't want to
be.

To all the "Transformation Clients"
We are so freakin' proud of each and every one of you. You
are allowing us to watch a transformation that will forever
change your life.
You opened up yourselves to all of us. We will be walking
this road with you. You will be challenging yourself in ways
that you never have before. You will find yourselves having
great days and then days that if you do one more lunge in
the gym your gonna scream.......Don't give up!!!!!!
Keep focused make small goals for yourself and when you
achieve them celebrate like you just won a championship
game!!! Maybe you accomplished one more minute on the
elliptical or the stairmaster or just started taking the
stairs instead of the elevator at work.....Good for you!!!!
We hope that you will choose to share these experiences with
us so we too can celebrate.
